Meet Landon Freeman

I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between money and the opportunities it creates.

That interest started early. As a child, my uncle introduced me to the world of investing, teaching me about stocks, businesses, and how wealth can grow over time. Those conversations sparked a curiosity that never left me. I loved learning about the markets, but even more, I was drawn to the idea that smart financial decisions could change the course of someone’s life.

I also grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. My parents built a successful home healthcare business serving seniors, dedicating their lives to helping people maintain their independence and quality of life. My sister and brother-in-law own their own business as well, and growing up around small business owners gave me a firsthand appreciation for hard work, perseverance, and the importance of planning for the future.

Those experiences shaped the way I think about financial planning.

Over time, I realized that investing isn’t really about stocks or market

performance.

It’s about people.

It’s about creating opportunities. It’s about reducing stress. It’s about helping someone retire with confidence, provide for their family, navigate life’s unexpected challenges, or leave a meaningful legacy.

That’s what ultimately led me to become a financial advisor.

I’ve spent more than 20 years in the investment industry, earning my securities licenses in 2006 before becoming a financial advisor in 2013. Along the way, I’ve earned the Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor (APMA®) and Behavioral Financial Advisor (BFA®) designations, deepening both my technical knowledge and my understanding of how emotions and behavior influence financial decisions.

But what motivates me today is much bigger than investing.

I believe financial health is every bit as important as physical health.

Just as good healthcare helps people live longer, healthier lives, good financial planning helps people live with greater confidence, less stress, and more freedom. It allows families to focus less on worrying about money and more on spending time with the people they love, pursuing meaningful experiences, and living the life they’ve worked so hard to build.

That’s why my approach goes beyond managing investments.

Financial planning is about understanding who you are, what matters most to you, and where you want your life to go. One of the things I enjoy most is helping clients close the gap between their current reality and their ideal future. When your financial decisions align with your values, your goals, and the life you want to create, money becomes more than a balance on a statement—it becomes a tool that supports a life of purpose.

My mission is simple:

To help as many people as possible make thoughtful financial decisions that reduce stress, create opportunities, and give them the confidence and freedom to live according to what matters most.

Because financial planning isn’t just about growing wealth.

It’s about helping people build a better life.

Beyond the Office

While financial planning is a profession I’m passionate about, I also believe a fulfilling life is built around meaningful relationships, new experiences, and making time for the things that bring you joy.

When I’m away from the office, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, playing pickleball, exploring hiking trails with my dog, Lola, or planning my next travel adventure. I also enjoy following Dallas sports and attending Cowboys, Mavericks, and Rangers games whenever I get the chance. Spending quality time with family is incredibly important to me, and I’m especially proud of my son, a Texas A&M graduate who works in cybersecurity.

One thing that often surprises people is that I enjoy attending EDM music festivals. I love the positive energy, the sense of community, and the reminder that life is meant to be celebrated. I believe it’s important to make time for experiences that recharge you, inspire you, and bring balance to a busy life.

I’ve called the Dallas–Fort Worth area home my entire life and currently live in downtown Las Colinas. Being part of this community has given me the opportunity to build lasting relationships and help individuals and families navigate many of life’s most important financial decisions.

At the end of the day, the work I do isn’t just about helping people prepare for retirement or grow their investments.

It’s about helping them create the freedom to enjoy moments like these with the people who matter most.
